Andrews Management was formed in 1992 as a local family owned company. They began their first year with two apartment projects and have grown to seven apartment communities. In 1998 they purchased Tigard Industrial Park and later office buildings in Gresham and Portland. The company has developed and built three apartment communities including Bull Mountain Heights in Tigard which was named 2008 Property of the year for Portland. In addition they have built an Industrial mixed use and a live work project in the Alberta area of Portland. They are one of the first to successfully market live/work spaces for rent in the Portland area.
I worked with the company to create a website and new logo where their clientele could find out more information about the property development projects the company was working on or had completed. I designed a menu system that was easy to navigate, which also worked on mobile devices, tablets, and laptops/desktops.
