Since 2005, the business model of Fowler Andrews has been to make investments in assets and neighborhoods positioned for growth, increasing value at every step in the property life cycle along the way to becoming long term stakeholders. They target properties that can provide opportunity for value enhancement in ways not always apparent to most investors. Their long history of sound investment decisions for the purposes of acquisition, development and asset management provides a unique vantage point from which they can measure the strength of potential new projects.
The company wanted a website to primarily showcase project photos, so my goal was to create a lightweight and functional interface that allowed the user to quickly navigate to each featured project. The company also needed a new logo, I designed a new one which was part of the re-branding effort.
